CX156 Brisbane to Hong Kong (00.50am departure) Supper Coriander roasted chicken breast, pearl couscous and lettuce salad Mediterranean style chicken, roasted mixed veg and spring onion mashed potatoes Other Options: Black Pepper Beef, mixed veg and steamed rice or Spirelli pasta, roasted pumpkin, zucchini (courgette), Parmesan breadcrumbs, tomato and basil sauce Mango Ice Cream Sherbet bar Tea and Coffee The salad/starter was really, really nice. I could have had a whole meal of it. I was really surprised to find a hot supper served at this time of night, but was very grateful for it. There are no "snacks" on these legs, unlike the European sectors.
