REFRESHMENT Fresh seasonal fruit Braised chicken, black bean sauce, choy sum and Chan Chuen Fun noodles Other option : Baked fish, mixed vegetables and tomato leek cream sauce Panna cotta and raspberry sauce Tea or coffee. Not listed - a pastry scroll but with a seaweed type smattering running through it I liked the taste of the chicken and black bean. So glad they didn't run out as I am not a big fish fan. Absolutely fantastic that Cathay serve a HOT 2nd meal on this leg when some many of the lesser airlines serve a cold snack only. Well done Cathay!
