Starter: smoothie, fruit, yoghurt, cereal Hot: red capsicum ricotta frittata with pork snag, bacon, tomato and shrooms OR beef congee with rice roll OR dim sum - pork Sui mai with scallop/spinach seafood dumpling; chicken ham in bean curd skin; veg dumpling; beef meat ball Had the dim sum (aka yum cha) but 15 hours travelling had taken it's toll.

Other: My fourth long haul flight in J class with Cathay. Crew are professional, but very little interaction with passengers. May be cultural (viz australian crews)
