Very disappointed meal featured on this regional flight, and both Asiana Airlines and Korean Air offers a better meal in both quality and quantity. The same menu has been recycled for the past few years, and that poached prawn appetizer is used frequently. The sea bass entree is disappointing, as there are still bones with the fish. You never serve fish with bones on a plane. The fruit platter is the only saving grace on this meal. Cathay Pacific, due to its poor fuel hedging strategy, continues to cut back on meals in business class. Things have declined to a new low.
