Thankfully CX has not cut back too much on first class catering, and things were pretty good. I missed the Balik salmon starter though. I tried the "Inspired Dining" menu designed by a Chef at a famous Chinese restaurant - "one Harbor road," but it was not too great. The lobster entree fell short, as the lobster meat did not survive the reheating process.
