CX257 Hong Kong to London Heathrow (09:40 departure) Breakfast Served shortly after take off Fresh Seasonal Fruit Sweet corn and spinach frittata, streaky bacon, Nurnberger sausage, roasted tomato, parsley and chive cream sauce or Chicken and shiitake mushroom Congee Soft roll, fruit preserve (jam) and butter Tea and Coffee Shame to have a 2nd breakfast after my earlier flight , but it was very nice. Good presentation and a REAL PORK sausage, not a chicken one!! Loads of fruit and nice to have a different flavoured yoghurt instead of strawberry.
