The first few courses were standard items, very good. The French toast, I thought, was very adventurous for airline breakfast. However, they did a good job and it was neither greasy nor dried-out. The omelette was a bit tasteless. But the potatoes were delicious. We had hot chocolate and tea, both served like home, ie in a mug.
