Starter - Poached Angel prawns with seaweed and plum mayonnaise, Seasonal Salad with Japanese yuzu dressing, Green tea soba
Main Course - Steamed Halibut with spiced termite mushrooms, steamed jasmine rice and broccoli
Dessert - Fresh seasonal fruit
Orange Juice
The only negatives would be the rice being a tad hard on the top, the broccoli could be more fresh and a little less cooked, the salad could be more innovative, and the garlic bread could be more warm and soft. Other than that, great meal for the short hop to Nagoya.
