Since this was premium economy, the main course was served in a porcelain dish with metal cutlery. The vegetable salad looked (and tasted) questionable, but the spare ribs were absolutely delicious. They were boneless, so no need to gnaw around bones. Ice cream was a nice finish at the end. One of my favorite economy meals so far.
