dinner - main - steamed seabass fillet with wood fungus and preserved
vegetables. Egg fired rice with spring onion, pak choy and mushroom. Also
including salaed and fruit. Dessert is sour cheey short cake
water apple juice and pacific sunrise
the fish and rice taste pretty 'chinese'. Was very delicious.
