Cathay Pacific offers Kaiseki meal on its Japan bound flights, and while the meal was prepared in Hong Kong (CX does returning catering, but the 10am flight from HND to HKG CX 543 features Japan catered meals, as the plane overnight at Tokyo and CX cannot store food on the plane overnight!), it is still pretty good. The F/A mixed up some of the course, and I was offered the sashimi course twice, which I did not mind though. Great service as usual
