Salad: cucumber and tomato slices, and a lemon wedge. Whole wheat bun. Tofu dessert. Roasted potato wedges, two pieces of broccoli, A slice of potato, carrot, tomato casserole.

Sparkling water

The layered potato casserole was very tasty but oily. The website mentioned there should be low fat dairy and cheeses in this meal, but there didn't appear to be any in this meal.
