Salad: cucumber and tomato. Coffee whitener, lemon olive oil salad dressing. Hot meal: cooked carrots and peppers, roasted potato wedges, grilled chicken. Gluten-free bun.

Tomato juice

The gluten-free bun, heated inside its package just before serving, was surprisingly soft. Flavour and texture of the rest of the meal were both good.
