Watermelon, pineapple, strawberry, and melon feature in the fruit plate... I had the chicken as entree, as I did not like CX congee. Chicken was the soy sauce type… not too special, but good enough to fill me up after a long day of flying. I was surprised that the whole pie was once again presented, and the key lime flavor was more popular than the pecan type on the lunch service. The dessert is a new addition to daytime North American to HK flight. But my wish for CX in 2006 is that the elimination of these casserole dishes for at leat the main meal of a long haul flight... most Asian airlines are slowly eliminating the casserole dishes and plate the entree individually in the galley. For a world class airline like CX, it is tijme to change
