Starter of Caviar and fine smoked salmon followed by Caesar salad with grilled jumbo prawns, toasted pine nuts and Parmesan cheese. Double boiled ginseng with silkie chicken soup. Main of grilled USDA prime Angus beef tenderloin with herb butter, garlic mashed potatoes, carrots and broccolini. Cheese plate with Yellow Cheddar, Port Salut, Maytag Blue, and Goat Cheese. Dessert of hazelnut chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce. Fuding jasmin silver fur tea and pralines.

Absolutely incredible meal and service. This is one of my top three all time flying experiences.
