Starter of Balik style salmon with Heirloom tomatoes, romaine lettuce and lemon vinaigrette. Main Course of pan-seared beef tenderloin on shallot confit, parsnip mash, beans, carrots and cherry tomatoes. Dessert of Cambozola, Yellow Cheddar, Part Salut crackers and grapes.

Pacific Sunrise (Champagne and Drambuie with a zest of orange and lemon)

A let down from the legendary Cathay Pacific meal service. Very plain and very rushed by the crew. Only two options for the main. Guess even they are struggling.
