Pre-meal drink and snack. Pea, beans and mint salad Stirfried Chicken, Mushroom Sauce, mixed Veg and steamed Jasmine Rice Haagen Daz Ice Cream A very tasty and filling meal. A few more veg would be nice and please serve the ice cream at the same time as it is rock hard when delivered after the main course has been served and it takes a bit of time to soften.
