Supper - Seasonal Salad with Hot Smoked Salmon served with Lemon Olive Oil Dressing, Noodles with Wonton in Soup (Menu Card)

"The smoked salmon was not hot as described but salad was good because of the light dressing housed in the little glass bottle. Wonton was good but noodle just passable. The meal supposed to have chicken in oyster sauce or seared haddock but both ran out before I finished the noodles!!! Something impossible for business class."
