Starter - Smoked salmon roll on apple tartar Main Course - Beef sirloin rolled with bamboo shoot and mustard with sukiyaki sauce, Japanese rice, braised eggplant, spinach, shimeji mushroom and carrot

Water with Lemon

The sauce was a bit oily. Other than that, a good and filling meal for the flight to Taipei.
