To start - Oriental Breeze, a CX signature drink consisting of sour plum tea and cranberry juice with honey, fresh lemon juice and a hint of rose water accompanied by warm nuts.
Appetizer - Pan seared foie gras with smoked duck and cranberry relish.
Chinese set - Double boiled quail with Chinese yam soup and cold marinated gluten with dried mushrooms.
Main dish - Stir fried seafood in X.O. sauce, steamed jasmine rice, stir fried pak choy, black mushroom and carrot flower.
Dessert - Double nougat mousse cake with raspberry coulis.
Oritental breeze and water
Excellent meal with great service.
