Starter - Caesar salad with grilled chicken and peach Main Course - Honey soya roasted chicken with vegetable rice, pak choy and carrot Dessert - Mango mousse cake

Water with Lemon

The sauce was a bit oily and the sauce wasn't infused much on the chicken. Other than that, a great full meal even on a 1 hour 24 minute flight from Taipei to Hong Kong!
