Dinner - Salmon appetizer Choice of entrees: Lamb chop meditteranean style or Chinese abalone and chicken with fried rice (my choice) Dessert -- warmed puff pastry filled with custard and a warmed vanilla sauce

Champagne and water

Really nice hot meal -- appetizer has great presentation and tastes excellent... bread choices include the usual garlic bread and assorted rolls, entree is nice but can use more abalone. Dessert is nice... and fruit is offered (possibly leftover from inbound flight from HKG). only 3 pax and great service.
