Raw kiwi, apple, and pineapple slices; oatmeal raisin cookie, smoked salmon and potato salad, whipped butter for dinner roll

Tomato Juice

Fruits were fresh, though not sure why they served salmon, oatmeal cookie, and butter with it. Thought it was supposed to be a vegetarian and healthy meal.
