Fruit (same as others): diced cantaloup, honeydew. Main dish: large slices of cantaloup, honeydew, and mango, and two large strawberries. 0% fat strawberry yogurt and a pack of melba toast.

Orange juice

Fruits were fresh and sweet. Portion was filling, but since it was food, it didn't feel stodgy or heavy (even with many hours of sitting)
