Fruit bowl: orange, cantaloup, honeydew, one grape. Two packs melba toasts, grilled tomato half, 2 poached egg white bundles (probably 4 whites in total), asparagus

veggies were very soft, and the hot food had very little flavour. Luckily the utensils package comes with salt and pepper packets. Meal came nice and hot. Felt very healthy, especially with 14 hours of flight to go.
