Salad: cucumber, tomato, lettuce. Fruit: orange, honeydew, cantaloup. 2 packages of melba toast, grilled chicken, cooked veggies (cauliflower, carrot, beans, red peppers)

In terms of the hot plate, the chicken had flavour, everything else had very little. Raw veggies and fruits were fresh and crisp.
