1. Poupiette of veal in Marsala jus, served with braised spinach leafs
and carrot baton, accompanied with buttered gnocchi
2. Braised pork Wuxxi style, accompanied with wok freid chinese vegetales
and egg noodles
3. Grilled skewer of Monkfish, servie saffron velute and vegatalbe medley,
accompanied with Missiissippi rice.
Dessert:
1. Mascarpone chocolate tart, serveld with raspberry coulis
