Dinner
'Appetizer' of salad with one shrimp and gourd (?). Main meal of braised chicken in sauce with side of potatoes and asparagus/carrots. Dessert of fruits.

Pepsi/Water

Very disappointing meal, especially the braised chicken. Dish had more mushroom than chicken; chicken was in very small pieces. Potatoes were flavorless.
