Chicken Fillet with rice Cold tofu and Salmon fillet with Seaweed(?) Salad Watermelon Bean Paste Cake

The chicken fillet with rice is marvelous! The Bean Paste Cake is also drooling. However, the cold dish is not acceptable. The tofu and seaweed salad is awful, only the salmon is ok. Again, the watermelon is tasteless.
