The meal consists of either dim sum or noodles with beef. I picked the noodles with beef and it tasted mediocre. Not much taste whatsoever but perfectly edible.

Equipment: Nice Boeing sky interior. Seats have ample legroom. Lack of inflight entertainment made the flight boring.
