about the menu (contents or design): All these Concorde menus where kindly given to me by a Purser friend of mine who flew the aircraft for years. These contemporary French Bindings were done entirely by hand and in single copies. They were ornamented with leather inlays or gold punch-tooling designed by the leading 20th century French binders
