Breakfast in the Concorde room - They had a buffet
with
scrambled eggs, vegetarian baked beans, stewed tomatos, cereal,
yogurt, bread, pastries, smoked salmon (garnished with onion, capers,
lemon), fruit salad, donuts, muffins, bacon, Iris (Menu Card)
Water (I don't drink) but there was also a very expensive champagne, selection of red and white wines, port, and all kinds of other fancy alcohol. Also offered any soft drink, coffee or tea.
"Served at tables with white linens and a single white rose in full bloom. Absolutely delicious-- the smoked salmon melted in my mouth and the eggs were perfect. I didn't want to eat too much so as to spoil my appetite for the flight!"
