Enhanced by morel mushroom sauce, served over Italian couscous

Overall the meal was very good. Both appetizer choices were excellent. I was not crazy about salad, and ended up eating only the mozzarella and tomatoes. The chicken entrée was tasty, however it needed a little more morel sauce. I thought the asparagus was over cooked, fortunately I requested the extra vegetable option which complimented the dinner well. The fruit and cheese course was good, and the warm peach cobbler was the perfect way to finish the service.
