Business Class

Medium Haul First Class Dinner - Starter of Smoked Almonds (photo 118), followed by Legal Sea Foods Lobster Bisque and oyster crackers, with choice of Grilled Chicken Sandwich (photo 119) with sauteed mushrooms, roasted red p (Menu Card)

Anything you wanted, refilled constantly

The main attraction to this flight was the new BusinessFirst seat on the 777, which I must say blows all Business Class competition out of the water. It was really a treat, even on such a short flight. The meal was standard for a non-transcon flight over 3 hours with CO in the wintertime, and while it wasn't really a filling dinner, it held me over until I could get something to eat on the ground. Legal Sea Foods lobster bisque was good, but a bit buttery. Sandwich was small but had a nice blend of flavors. My seatmate had the salad so I can't comment on that, but he did say the chicken was a little rubbery. Best part had to be the cheesecake, it was outstanding.
