Appetizer - Smoked duck and salmon with cream cheese pie. Salad with yogurt dressing. Main dish - Rack of lamb au jus served over mashed potatoes and root vegetables side. Cheese plate with fruit. Dessert - Made to order sundae or warm fruit cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Snack - Chicken sandwich with fresh fruits and a box of chocolates.

Tomato juice, wine and water.

Continental used to have top notch catering in Business First on its intl. routes. Appetizers and desserts were served from a cart and the overall meal was very good.
