mixed green salad with smoked salmon, warm bread and chocolate

jack daniels, and rosemount shiraz

nice meal for a short flight. i would have really liked it had i liked salmon. Continental is the only airline that still serves meals at mealtimes on its short flights. They have downgraded their wine to Rosemount. They serve the rosemount that sells for $4 a bottle in the store. otherwise, CO is still great. notice the real knife.
