Right after takeoff: water, white wine, mixed nuts.
First course: salad with cesar dressing.
Main course: Penne with creamy pesto sauce and mushrooms, dinner roll.
Dessert: chocolate and caramel chee (Menu Card)

Sorry for the blurry main course photo - turbulence! Continental doesn't do special meals on domestic flights that aren't transcontinental anymore. I'm a vegetarian so I expected a problem. The salad dressing had anchovies, so I ate naked salad. The pasta was supposed to come with shrimp but the crew was nice enough to leave those off for me. All in all, it was pretty good. On the return flight they had nothing remotely vegetarian - not even a dinner roll!
