Grilled Chicken breast with brown sauce, Rice and some greens. Mixed Salad.

Beer

Grilled chicken with some undefined brown sauce, rice and veggies. Not quite what you call "creative". No appetizer at all. No champagne, no sparkling wine. Really terrible for premium class on a 4 hour + flight. Very, very disappointing for what Continental Airlines calls "Business First". I definately would not recommend them for Premium Class Travel. How did they ever make it into the Star Alliance?
