OAppetizer: Black halibut and sesame coated tuna pastrami with wasabi mayonnaise; salad; Main - Tenderloin steak with port wine sauce, sauteed mushrooms, red-skin potatoes; Dessert - chocolate sundae.

Red wine

Other main course choices were: Herbed Breast of Chicken with Cajun cream sauce or Spinach pasta roulade with mushroom and squash filling. Steak was quite tender and wine sauce was very flavorable.
