Lunch - Pre-departure drink - Cran-Apple Juice Warm Cashews Chilled Lobster with DuBerry Sauce Salad topped tomatoes, asparagus, kalamata olives, and feta cheese served with La Flora Italian dressing. Ricotta and wild mushroom stuffed cannelloni served toped with roasted tomatoes, salute sauce, and parmesan cheese Hot fudge sundae with caramel, strawberries, walnuts, and a cherry.

Water, White Wne, Ginger Ale, Bailey's

Excellent meal. The salad was fresh and tasty. Extra dressing was provided on request, however more than I needed. The entrée was tasty and filling, however I would have preferred more of a mushroom taste from the cannelloni filling. The sundae was good as always.
