1) Appetizers: Baby shrimp wraped with smoked salmon accompanied by horseradish
sauce, and foie gras parfait with fig, garnished with green grapes and
oranges. Pretzel bread/roll.
2) Main course: Roasted breast of duck with sauteed onions, balsamic cherry
sauce, baby carrots, greene beans and roasted parsnips. Celery root puree.
3) Fruit and cheese course, served with Port wine (Fonseca Porto, Bin
27).
4) Mid-flight snack: Toasted French bread topped with vegetables accompanied
by Kalamata and green olives and sun-dried tomatoes; chocolates

A most delicious meal. The amount of food is unbelievable, and the flight attendants made sure my wine glass was never empty throughout the meal.
