Lunch 1) Appetizers: Baby shrimp wraped with smoked salmon accompanied by horseradish sauce, and foie gras parfait with fig, garnished with green grapes and oranges. Pretzel bread/roll. 2) Main course: Roasted breast of duck with sauteed onions, balsamic cherry sauce, baby carrots, greene beans and roasted parsnips. Amiral de Beychevelle, Saint-Julien 1999 (Bordeaux wine)

A most delicious meal. The amount of food is unbelievable, and the flight attendants made sure my wine glass was never empty throughout the meal.
