Meal consisted of cereal, milk, muffin and banana. Not bad at all.

Orange juice

Continental receives high marks for being the only airline to still offer free food in Economy class within the US, although this practice will change later in the fall of 2010 when it joins its competitors by offering "Buy On Board."
