Snack/Dinner/Snack Snack: Orange Juice and Peanuts. Dinner: Roast Beef, Mashed Potato, Carrotts and Beans as the main portion, with Salad, Apple Cake, a Bread Roll, and a Cup of Tea as the side items. Pre-Landing Snack: Ham and Cheese Roll, Scone with Clotted Cream and Jam, and a Cup of Tea. Fantastic!

Orange Juice, Tea, and more Tea!

The meals from Continental were the best i've have since the Virgin Atlantic Christmas Dinner! Very good indeed! My only complaint is the FA's could be a little more friendly on board; that's the only thing stopping this review getting a 10.
