Lunch - Appetizer: Prawn and tandoori-style scallop with creme fraiche and herb dressing; sushi assortment. Salad: Blend of radicchio, romaine, lollo rosso and butter lettuce with tomato wedges and snow pea sprouts topped with ginger soy vinagrette. Main course: Seared pork chop with garlic and herb rub and port wine sauce; mushrooms sauteed with herbs; french-style green beans; herb-roasted potatoes. (Not Pictured - Fruit and cheese course; peach cobbler with ice cream)

Nicely done presentation and service as always in Business First cabin. Salad vinagrette was outstanding. Pork chop was quite large, moist and flavorful; potatoes were crisp and fresh tasting.
