Starter plate consisted of sliced/peeled orange, mango, honeydew with grapes and a strawberry, warm croissants and cinnamon rolls were passed out in a basket. Main course was a plain omelet with cheese on top, potatoes, and a slice of ham.

Orange juice and water, full drink service offered as usual.

This being a relatively short domestic flight, the smaller portions really aren't a big deal, but the presentation was fine and service consistently good on Continental. No complaints here.
