Starter plate of sliced/peeled oranges, honeydew, mango, with strawberry and grapes. Warm croissants and cinnamon rolls brought around in a basket prior to main tray presentation. Main course was an herb omelet with ham, a sausage patty, and a potato souffle.

Orange juice, full beverage service.

Nothing special here, omelet was actually tasty but nothing out of the ordinary for CO's breakfast service. Decent crew on the 767 that morning, ton of CO employees throughout the cabin, and single seat in the 767 BF cabin is the way to go when traveling alone. Nice flight.
