Starter of package of mixed nuts (pic 3), followed by Greek salad (pic 4), entree course of beef brisket sandwich with barbecue sauce, potato salad, pickle, lettuce, and onion (pic 5), and dessert of peanut butter and caramel cheesecake (pic 6)

7-Up and water

Very good for the short flight, excellent service by crew, and definite improvement over my Feb 2003 meal EWR-IAH you can see on Airlinemeals.net. Cheesecake was best part.
