Assorted nuts served in a small paper cup; starter salad with herb vinaigrette dressing; warmed rolls served before main course; chicken, cheese, and pepper sandwich on a huge onion roll; blueberry cheesecake for dessert.

Water, white wine, and full beverage service.

This flight made the trip down there in Coach well worth it. Cabin crew very good, but the meal was excellent, better than most of the food I had at the resort. The bread was typical of the kinds "native" to the area, very light and crispy, and the sandwich was much bigger than usual domestic CO flights. Lattice decorative touch on a very fluffy cheesecake was nice.
