Breakfast/lunch snack after departure around 10am :roast beef and pepperjack croissant, banana muffin, Diet Coke and water. Dinner 90mins before landing in PTY: arroz con pollo (chicken and rice) in a coconut sauce, small salad - no dressing, dinner roll and Oreo cookies, Atlas beer.

Atlas Beer

Croissant sandwich was alright, it did the trick for an empty stomach. Dinner was a big improvement, the chicken was really good, I especially liked the coconut sauce. Salad gets poor marks for no dressing. Got to try the local beer when I travel, Atlas Beer was a light pilsner, went well with dinner
